In order to be able to buy from crittersandcomics.co.za individuals have to create
a profile . To order comics/dvd's/ toys make your selection from the menu on
the left hand side of the screen. Find the specific comic or item you wish to
purchase, and place the quantity you wish to order in the box next to the comic.
Push the "add to Shopping Cart" button and continue shopping. When you have finished shopping, hit the "Check out" button. You will then be asked for you Shipping and Billing information. There will be a final, order confirmation screen, and shazam you're done!
All items shown online as IN STOCK are available for purchase. If an item shows as 0 available or OUT OF STOCK we will be able to order it for you and this process takes approximately 10 working days at most, unless the product is no longer being produced. You will be notified by e-mail once an out of stock item you have ordered becomes available.
My Shopping Cart
Your shopping cart contains all the products you selected to buy. Here you will have the option to edit the products in your shopping cart, or change the quantities of the products you'd like to buy.
Editing the contents of your basket:
If you choose to edit the contents of your shopping cart, you can click on the link provided. You will then be taken to another page where you will be able to remove products. When you finish, you can click on the proceed button to go back to your checkout page.
Changing the quantities:
If you choose to change the quantities of the products in your shopping cart, simply change the quantity in the quantity box provided and click on the UPDATE button.
Placing call orders for comics
By placing a Call Order for any comic title, you are guaranteed a copy of every
issue of that title from the date you placed your Call Order. Your credit card
will be automatically debited with the amount and the title will be posted to
you as soon as it arrives.
Placing Pre-Orders
You can Pre-Order other items by clicking on the coming soon icon. Pre-orders
will be posted as soon as they arrive and your credit card will be automatically
debited with the amount of the pre-order.
